- Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.
6. Returns & Refunds
- We comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind on beauty products, and returns must be returned in an unopened, unused state.
- To request a return, contact hello@sepoe.com within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
